Kris Cebull, Owner and Principal, joined Leora Consulting Group in January of 2003. Taking over the company in 2011, she continues to operation inline with the core values on which the firm was founded. Kris brings over 22 years of experience – both as a financial consultant and investment banker.
Prior to joining Leora Consulting, Kris was an Associate with RBC Dain Rauscher’s Fixed Income Banking group. Her responsibilities included all quantitative analyses and banking support. During this time, Kris was involved in over 150 financings for a wide variety of issuers including: State of Oregon Department of Administrative Services; Oregon Housing and Community Services Department; Oregon Department of Veterans’ Affairs; Alaska Municipal Bond Bank Authority; Municipality of Anchorage; State of Alaska; Salt Lake City and Salt Lake County.
A graduate from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Arts, Business and Economics. Kris is a long time Seattle resident and her ties are strong to the Pacific Northwest.
Leora's expertise centers on consulting services for Northwest non-profit borrowers and has developed innovative financing strategies for Family Services (Wellspring), Goodwill of Olympics and Rainier Region (Tacoma Goodwill), Seattle Country Day School, Villa Academy, The Bush School, Jewish Day School and Eastside Catholic High School, to name a few.
