Historical Interest Rate Information

LEORA helps educate prospective borrowers on the advantages of financing capital projects in the tax-exempt market. Leora provides organizations with a FREE monthly email subscription with comparisons between tax-exempt variable rates and taxable variable rates. The charts and table below are the most recent versions of our BMA SWAP Index vs. 30 Day LIBOR and historical all in borrowing rate data. We also include information on the historical performance of both indices.

LEORA also supplies sample pricing and indicative all-in borrowing rates in the current market for prospective borrowers based on the type of facility (Cultural Facilities, Social Service Organizations and Education Facilities). We have selected a broad range of issuers and will track the pricing of their issues on a monthly basis. See the chart at the bottom of the page.
