Sandy Cho, Consultant/Manager

Sandy Cho has a strong technical accounting background with over twelve years of experience with both for-profit and not-for-profit enterprises. Her past clients and employers include an independent high school, a not-for-profit housing developer, a publicly held REIT, a mixed-use housing developer and various retail operations.

Ms. Cho’s prior experience included financial reporting to partners, construction draw monitoring, cost tracking and analysis, budget preparation, revenue analysis, preparation of cash flow projections, setting up and streamlining operational procedures, and audit preparation. She also has experience with forensic accounting to isolate and re-class embezzlement, conversion and set up of QuickBooks software, and reviewing business operations to develop controls in policies and procedures. In a volunteer capacity, Ms. Cho has served as the treasurer for the Children’s Cooperative Center where she created a new more professional budgeting process and reporting framework.
