Lynn Manley, Managing Director

Lynn Manley serves as part-time consultant to Leora Group, with special emphasis on strategic management and financial issues. Lynn’s background includes over 28 years of banking, encompassing real estate finance, corporate banking and cash management, corporate finance and private banking. Her clients have included Fortune 500 companies, middle-market public and privately held companies, not-for-profit organizations and affluent individuals. Within the banking arena, she has held a number of management positions, including management of a division covering six states and employing over 90 FTE.

Ms Manley’s banking affiliations were with Rainier Bank (including Rainier Bank Alaska), later to become Security Pacific Bank of Washington, and U. S. Bank. Lynn left banking four years ago and currently consults with private clients. Lynn’s background in corporate banking includes extensive experience in real estate, including construction and permanent financing on residential and commercial real estate, private placements and mortgage- and asset-backed securities.

She has also participated as a volunteer in a number of non-profit organizations, and serving as an officer in several. Her most recent management position as a volunteer was as, successively, Treasurer, President and Chair of the Seattle Repertory Theatre, and she is now Chair of the Seattle Repertory Theatre Foundation. In addition to her other activities, Lynn currently serves on the Business Advisory Board of Washington State University’s College of Business, where she recently participated on the search committee for the new Dean of the college. Additionally, she is on the board of ARCS (Achievement Rewards for College Scientists) and the board of the Chisholm Foundation.
