Kristin Cebull, Senior Vice President & Member

Kristin Cebull joined Leora Consulting Group in January 2003. Ms. Cebull oversees the firms quantitative efforts.  She has worked with Miriam Sevy to develop innovate financing strategies for The Bush School, Jewish Day School and Eastside Catholic High School, to name a few. Ms. Cebull’s current financial advisory and consulting clients include Tacoma School District, Villa Academy, Boys & Girls Clubs of Pierce County, Family Services and Tacoma Goodwill. In addition, she provides support to Ms. Sevy with the Washington State Housing Finance Commission, the Museum of Flight and the City of Tacoma and Tacoma Water utility. Prior to joining Leora Consulting, Ms. Cebull was an Associate with RBC Dain Rauscher’s Fixed Income Banking group. She has 11 years of public finance investment banking experience. Her responsibilities included all quantitative analyses and banking support. During this time, Ms. Cebull was involved in over 150 financings for a wide variety of issuers including: State of Oregon Department of Administrative Services; Oregon Housing and Community Services Department; Oregon Department of Veterans’ Affairs; Alaska Municipal Bond Bank Authority; Municipality of Anchorage; State of Alaska; Salt Lake City and Salt Lake County. ssumed responsibility for the debt structuring, financial and quantitative analysis activities for the firm. Kris has been the lead consultant on transactions closed for Tacoma School District and Lutheran Community Services and served as lead financial advisor for Seattle Art Museum and Antioch University transactions closed with Washington State Housing Finance Commission. Currently Kris is assisting a wide range of Leora clients, including the Museum of Flight, Seattle Country Day School and Eastside Catholic High School. Kris was elected as a member of the Leora’s limited liability corporation in 2005.

Prior to joining Leora, Kris was an Associate with RBC Dain Rauscher’s Fixed Income Banking group. Prior to joining RBC Dain, Kris was an Associate at Prudential Securities. Kristin has eight years of public finance investment banking experience. Her responsibilities included all quantitive analyses and banking support. Ms. Cebull was involved in over 150 financings for a wide variety of issuers. These issuers include: State of Oregon Department of Administrative Services; Oregon Housing and Community Services Department; Oregon Department of Veterans’ Affairs; Alaska Municipal Bond Bank Authority; Municipality of Anchorage; State of Alaska; Salt Lake City and Salt Lake County.
