John Rose

John Rose joined Leora Consulting Group to provide financial advisory services to Northwest bond issuers. Mr. Rose retired as President and CEO of Seattle-Northwest Securities Corporation in 2006. His twenty four years at Seattle-Northwest featured financial advisory and underwriting work for many Northwest public agencies, including the Cities of Seattle, Tacoma, Spokane and Yakima, many school districts including Seattle, Spokane, Issaquah, Shoreline and others, and a variety of public utility issuers. Prior to entering the bond business Mr. Rose was employed by King County, Washington, completing his tenure as Budget Director in 1982.

Mr. Rose currently serves as Chair of King County's Investment Advisory Panel. He is also a Trustee of The Nature Conservancy of Washington and a Director of Mcadams Wright Ragen, a major regional brokerage firm. He is currently serving as Mayor of the Town of Beaux Arts Village. Miriam Sevy and John Rose worked together at Seattle-Northwest for nine years and look forward to this opportunity to work together again for the benefit of our former, current and future clients.
